Your Role Includes:

  • Leading and coordinating clinical care on your unit
  • Supporting and mentoring CNAs and LPNs
  • Working closely with doctors and families to ensure top-quality care
  • On-call manager rotation

What You Bring to the Team:

Active (RN) Registered Nurse License in New Jersey

Must-have 2 years experience in Long-Term Care

Leadership skills and a can-do attitude

Strong communication and sound clinical judgment skills
