Registered Nurse - Primary Care, Downtown New

Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Northeastern Region (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract, Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week

Compensation

Pay Range: $52.00 Per HR

Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including assessment and treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient charting, care planning, and medical evaluations.
• Participate in ongoing education and maintain necessary licensure and certification.
• Support patients in self-care management and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and follow up on laboratory results and medication refills as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Review and develop care plans based on patient needs and team skill levels.
• Implement organizational programs and procedures.
• Collect and analyze data to meet program requirements.
• Coordinate outpatient work-ups and treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide direct care for patients, including wound care and medication administration.
• Monitor patients awaiting transport to emergency care and complete documentation.
• Participate in strategies to maintain wellness for at-risk populations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing training program.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a medical practice, primary care, med-surg, ER, or occupational health.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the Northeastern Region.
