Location: New York, NY 10016

Pay: $65-$70/hr

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8

Overview:

Cardiology Unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver safe, high-quality patient care by applying nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care using Relationship-Centered Care principles.
• Assess, evaluate, and manage patient care needs with critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, health promotion, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate patient care plans.
• Ensure quality, safety, and continuous improvement of care delivery.
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned, coordinating supplies and staffing resources effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of med/surg with telemetry experience, and 1 year of travel experience (preferred for travel positions).

Certifications:

• Current NYS RN License
• BLS, ACLS, EKG certification
• Education: BSN preferred; Associate degree with relevant experience considered.
• Experience with: EPIC system (highly preferred).
