Registered Nurse New

Black Owl Recruiting is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who is fluent in Russian for our client in Forest Hills, Queens, NY. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care with an emphasis on wound care. The ideal candidate must hold an active RN license in New York State (NYS), have RN experience, and be BLS certified. Med-Surg experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients, with a focus on wound care management.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care practices.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, regulations, and hospital policies.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of New York.
• Fluency in Russian (written and verbal communication).
• Experience in wound care is required.
• Med/Surg experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

$125,000 annually

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
