Overview

In this Webinar, Deirdre O’Flaherty, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, APRN-BC, ONC, will discuss the concept of resilience; describe targeted interventions to build resilience, recovery, and wellness; and share tools that can be used to establish a foundation of resilience.

Speaker Deirdre O’Flaherty, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, APRN-BC, ONC over 30 years of clinical, academic, research and leadership experience in emergency, trauma, preoperative and orthopedic nursing, with publications, presentation, and research in resilience, structural empowerment, engagement, and orthopedic nursing. ANCC certifications include Nursing Executive-Advanced, Adult Nurse Practitioner, and Orthopedic Nursing. Serve as President - Alpha Phi Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International Recipient of the 2020 ANA New York Mentorship award, New York Academy of Medicine Fellow 2020 and 2021 Fellow of the Faculty of Nurse and Midwifery Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland.
